Job Description - Healthcare Call Centre Associate (Central, Shift Work/Office Hours) #HHM

Responsibilities:

Respond to patient phone call queries
Verifying and updating patient information
Liaise with healthcare professionals as needed
Scheduling appointments for patients
Handle code blue as per SOP

Requirements:

Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
Minimal work experience in call centre setting
Able to work 2 or 3 shift roster preferred (office hours during training period)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
