As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving business development and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Summary: ClearSk Healthcare is looking for an Assistant General Manager, shaping the future of our business alongside the CEO. In this pivotal role, you'll drive business development and execute strategic marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities span operations, including manning, resource allocation, and HR programs. Managing frontline doctors and staff scheduling, coupled with implementing leave policies, are crucial components. With a focus on KPIs, your efforts will lead to significant improvements in sales and service quality. Join us in making a lasting impact on our organization's success.

Management Trainee Program:

Candidates without direct experience will undergo a comprehensive 6-9 months Management Trainee Program in SG, KL, or Shanghai. The program includes transitional roles in frontline positions (front desk manager or customer service manager) and HQ roles focusing on procurement, inventory flow control, and resource deployment planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinics, including managing Business Call Centre (BCC) operation, supervising staff, and handling frontline operations.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.
  • Overseeing the financial performance of the clinic, including setting budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Ensuring that the clinic is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment for staff and customers.
  • Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Providing training and support to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to business development and execute marketing strategies.
  • Allocate resources among outlets and guide HR in talent recruitment.
  • Oversee frontline doctors, staff scheduling, and leave policies.
  • Focus on KPIs to enhance sales and servicing volumes and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operation or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' demonstrated experience in business development and marketing strategy.
  • Proven leadership skills for team supervision, adhering to SOPs, and guiding HR in talent recruitment and development.
  • Experience in utilizing IT apps to enable business process and generate data analytics reports
  • Demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to grasp the big picture yet maintain high attention to relevant detail and accuracy;
  • Able to learn fast, work systematically, Au Fait with the use of apps and IT systems to facilitate work.
  • Able to assist the director to conduct weekly meetings or daily briefings to track progress of a team or a project as assigned by the director.
  • Demonstrated management and supervisory experience with strong interpersonal skills required
  • Possess a high sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment with the ability to work under pressure
  • Able to solve problem and execute solutions systematically.
  • Able to break down tasks and assign the tasks to the appropriate person in charge , track progress and completion of the tasks and re integrate the components into the whole
  • Able to manage teams and resolve conflicts firmly and confidently.
  • About to use computational method to solve problems or design KPIs for his junior managers
