HR, Accounts & Administration Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources
- Handle or assist with employee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits, personnel records, attendance and employee relations.
- Handle HR-related matters and statutory submissions, including MOM, CPF, IR8A and IR21.
2. Administration & General Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative and general office matters, including office operations, logistics, office supplies and vendor management.
- Support the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company.
3. Accounts & Finance
- Handle or assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including but not limited to bank reconciliation, maintenance of financial records and schedules, accounting file management, withholding tax and APU & ARR submissions.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.
4. External Liaison
- Assist in liaising with Singapore government authorities, regulatory bodies, professional service providers and other external parties on matters relating to finance, HR, tax and administration.
5. Other Duties
- Perform other finance, HR, administrative and general management duties as assigned based on business and operational needs.
Job Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Candidates with qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines are preferred.
2. Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, HR, administration or general management.
- Experience in a Singapore-based or cross-border company will be an advantage.
3. Skills & Knowledge
- Good knowledge and practical experience in accounting, finance, human resources and administration.
- Familiarity with Singapore accounting, HR and administrative practices and statutory requirements will be an advantage.
4. Language & Core Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong organisational, execution, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a multi-functional role covering HR, accounts and administration.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
综合管理岗(人力资源、行政及财务方向)
岗位职责
1. 人力资源管理
负责或协助开展员工招聘、入离职管理、薪酬福利、人事档案及员工关系等工作,处理MOM、CPF、IR8A、IR21等相关事项。
2. 行政及综合管理
负责公司日常行政、后勤、办公用品及供应商管理,协助保障公司日常运营有序开展。
3. 财务支持
负责或协助开展日常财务工作,包括银行对账、台账维护、财务核算、凭证管理、税务及相关申报、预提税、APU & ARR等,并完成其他财务相关工作。
4. 外部机构对接
协助对接新加坡政府部门、监管机构、专业服务机构及其他外部合作方,处理相关财务、人力资源、税务及行政事项。
5. 其他工作
根据公司业务及管理需要,完成公司安排的其他财务、人力资源、行政及综合管理相关工作。
任职要求
1. 学历及专业
本科及以上学历,财务、会计、金融、人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验
3年以上财务、人力资源、行政或综合管理相关工作经验;具有新加坡企业或跨境企业工作经验者优先。
3. 专业能力
具备财务、会计、人力资源及行政管理相关知识和实践经验;熟悉新加坡相关财务、人力资源及行政管理流程者优先。
4. 语言及综合能力
具备良好的中英文听说读写及沟通能力,具有较强的执行力、责任心、学习能力和问题解决能力,能够独立处理多项工作任务,适应财务、人力资源及行政等多职能综合性工作。
