HR AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

HR OFFICER JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Good knowledge in construction and process sectors, Labor Law & Regulation, WP Application, Renewal & Cancellation.
• Manage some workers' Payroll using Excel, Familiar with MOM portal and HR various e-services, Strong administrative skills, able to work independently, multi-tasks.
• Preparation of HR reports to management, Lead, organize, maintain, and develop HR policies.
• Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matters.
• Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, letter preparation, road tax, season parking etc.
• Handle Dormitory check-in& check-out via email or system.
• Support for government license application and renewal.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager or Directors.
• 5 days' work

ADMIN ASSISTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Handle emails and record on Data entry accordingly.
• Support administration assists for HR Executive.
• Liaise with employees to resolve issues.
• Handle and coordinate incoming items & help to sort them out.
• Maintenance of database. Documentation, filing work.
• Provide basic administrative support to the other department.
• Flight and hotel booking.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirement

• At least one year related working experience.
• WSQ certificate in HR or admin or above.
• Singapore citizen or Singapore PR only.
