HR and Admin Executive (Temp)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and incoming emails.
• Attend and arrange refreshments for guests
• Responsible for office equipment, staff uniforms, pantry refreshments, stationeries etc
• Assist in company’s vehicles inspection, renewal of road tax and insurance.
• Assist in annual dinner and dance, Christmas and CNY celebration.
• To assist in daily operations of the HR and Admin Dept of the Company / Group Companies.
• Liase with recruitment agent and arrange candidates for interview.
• Assist foreign workers’ matters including apply and renew work permit, manage foreign workers’ accommodation, workers’ repatriation and compute timesheets.
• Handle staff H&S and WIC claims.
• Assist on ISO, WSH and any other ad-hoc projects and duties

Job Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ level
• Minimum 1 years' experience in similar job scope.
• Good level of proficiency in MS Office skills such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Pleasant and positive personality with enthusiasm to learn
• Must be a team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good to have Certificate in HRM and EA knowledge
• Good to have ISO and WSH knowledge
