Support daily office administration and general administrative duties

Attend to visitors and incoming enquiries

Maintain proper records and documentation

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related purchases and services

Assist with purchase coordination, payment submissions, and inventory tracking

Support employee pass administration, renewals, and record maintenance

Manage uniform stock, issuance, and replenishment

Ensure office cleanliness, pantry supplies, and workplace upkeep

Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities

Support staff engagement activities and company events
