HR & Payroll Operations Manager / Govt Sector / Botanic Gardens

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR and Payroll Service Delivery team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Attend and facilitate monthly performance review meetings with the client.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the Code of Conduct.
• Oversee HR and payroll operations using Workday and Excelity.
• Ensure service continuity, quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of HR and payroll services.
• Manage staff deployment, handovers, and resource replacements as required.
• Identify and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable operational, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll operations or service delivery.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. Relevant HR or payroll certifications will be an advantage.
• Experience using Workday and Excelity for HR and payroll operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

• Location: Botanic Gardens
• Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PMFriday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
