HR Assistant (Govt Sector)

Location: Alexandra
Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Salary: $2,760 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage training administration and course records in system
• Process training and travel record accurately and on time.
• Coordinate HR training programmes, events, and engagement activities, including logistics, venue arrangements, and participant registration.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support programme execution.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, performance ranking sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience with Workday or HR administration is an advantage.
• Singaporean Only
