Job Description:

• Assist with recruitment processes: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Onboard new employees: prepare paperwork, conduct orientations, ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain employee records: update databases, track attendance, and handle documentation.
• Support HR projects: assist with training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related events.
• Respond to employee inquiries: provide information on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments: facilitate communication between HR and other teams.
• Handle administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and other general office duties as needed.

Requirements :

• At least Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
• Relevant experiences will be added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
