HR cum Account Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR cum Accounts Assistant to support the daily HR, administrative, and accounting functions of the Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR, Accounts and Administrative operations.
• Handle payroll, leave records, employee files and work permit matters.
• Prepare petty cash, journal entries, invoices and data entry.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Experience in HR, Accounts, Payroll or Construction industry will be an advantage.

Working Hours

🕒 Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
🏠 Saturday: Work From Home (WFH)
