Job Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM matters.
Process payroll and leave administration.
Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and training matters.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Experience handling Work Pass matters.
Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with construction workforce administration, including workers' onboarding, training records, and site pass arrangements, is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
