Responsible in the following domains such as full recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, strategic development and more.
Responsible for the administering of payroll function which includes claims, overtime payments, bonus and monthly salary.
Ensure compliance of the HR policies and processes.
Manage end to end process for all applicants and renewal of work passes and escalate any outstanding issues.
Partner with HR colleagues to handle employee relations issues and support grievance/disciplinary processes.
Data maintenance in relation to employee information and aligning with the best HR practices and policies.
Support internal and external audits, manpower report, government survey and more.
Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.
