Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly payroll processing for multiple client accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely salary computation, CPF contributions, and statutory deductions
• Handle yearly AIS (Auto-Inclusion Scheme) submissions to IRAS
• Process IR21 tax clearance for foreign employees
• Prepare payroll reports, payslips, salary payment and reconciliations for clients
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data confidentiality
• Liaise with clients regarding payroll matters and statutory compliance
• Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS regulations
• Support onboarding and offboarding payroll administration
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of payroll or HR experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software
• Familiar with CPF, MOM, and IRAS regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
