* Manage applications and renewals for Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permits.
* Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower on employment matters.

* Organize company events and team-building activities.
* Conduct employee engagement surveys.
* Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
9. HR Administration
* Maintain employee records.
* Manage leave, attendance, and HR systems.
* Prepare HR reports and manpower statistics.
