Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.
• Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Coordinate training, learning, and leadership development programs.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports.
• Support organizational planning, workforce development, and change management initiatives.
• Advise senior management on HR strategies and organizational development.

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multicultural and diverse workforces.
• Experience in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching.
• Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
