Job Description - HR Officer

Job Description

  • Maintain and verify employees’ attendance records, and resolve timekeeping discrepancies to support accurate payroll processing.
  • Process employee claims, including medical and other eligible claims, and respond to related enquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee information, leave records, and claims data in the HRIS.
  • Provide support for employee engagement activities, recruitment events, and HCD initiatives as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Requirements

  • Diploma in a related field with relevant working experience, or candidates with equivalent qualifications and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in AMS and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HR systems will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
