Job Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee movements, and exit processes
• Handle administrative matters related to workforce arrangements, employee records, and HR documentation
• Liaise closely with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related enquiries and support matters
• Assist with payroll administration, staff benefits, and insurance matters
• Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and organisational records
• Support HR initiatives, process improvements, and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline
• Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• Team player with good coordination and administrative skills
