Job Description - HR Ops (Executive / Senior Executive)

SWIMWERKS & ITS SUBSIDIARIES are expanding!

We are scouting for talents to join our growing team that specializes in Learn to Swim Programme and Professional Courses in our consumer portfolio and Manpower Contract Outsourcing in our corporate portfolio.

SWIMWERKS & ITS SUBSIDIARIES ARE LOOKING FOR a HR Ops executive or senior executive with great interest, knowledge & passion for Human Resource and Recruitment, who have goals and are career-driven, and who have what it takes to be an outstanding performer.

Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end process of employee onboarding, including induction, training schedules, and orientation.
  • Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and feedback collection.

HR Systems and Data Management

  • Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports for management.

Compliance and Record Keeping

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation accurately.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive work environment, Implement and support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions and investigations.

Policy and Procedure Management

  • Development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Track performance metrics and assist in career development programs.

Strategic HR Planning

  • Develop and Implement of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Identidy process gaps and drive improvement for the department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the interview process and follow up with candidates.

Training and Development

  • Organize and coordinate training sessions for employees.
  • Track training attendance and feedback.
  • Support the implementation of employee development programs.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and career development paths.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
  • Provide insights and reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and employee engagement levels.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure the organisation's offerings remain competitive.

Health and Safety

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Implementing wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the HR department budget.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

Administrative Support

  • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees
  • Any other administrative duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven working experience as a HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
