• Possess proficiency in human resource functions
• Support general office administration.
• Proficient in minutes taking and translating documents between English and Chinese
• Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of events and activities.
• Demonstrate strong documentation and administrative skills.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a non-profit or charitable organization is preferred.
