Job Description

Our client, an established services company in the marine/offshore and industrial services sector, is looking for a HSEQ Admin / HSEQ Support Executive to join their HSEQ team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) culture through safety education, programmes, and awareness initiatives
• Support compliance with WSH legislation, company safety policies, and client safety requirements
• Familiarise with the Factories Act and other relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation
• Liaise with clients and accredited bodies as required
• Support development and documentation of safety policies, systems, and programmes
• Initiate and support monthly site safety committee meetings
• Plan and organise safety programmes (campaigns, drills, training, fire-fighting and first aid courses, talks, newsletters)
• Coordinate and communicate safety requirements with sub-contractors, including PPE compliance
• Deliver HSEQ induction to contractors and new hires
• Conduct regular safety audits and identify potential hazards
• Report and investigate accidents/dangerous occurrences; initiate corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare and submit periodic HSEQ reports (safety statistics, incident/near-miss data, inspection findings)
• Maintain safety records for regulatory and client inspection
• Support tender submissions and client questionnaires with HSEQ documentation

Requirements

• At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar HSEQ support capacity, preferably in similar or related industries
• 'O' / 'A' Level, or WSH Level B / professional qualification in health, safety, and environment management preferred
• Good communication and organising skills; meticulous
