Job Description - Human Capital Support

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage calendars, meetings, minutes.

  • To serve as the primary liaison between SMB, employees, and external stakeholders.

  • To handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity. 

  • To maintain organised HR, employee, and corporate records and filing systems. 

  • To support workforce planning and recruitment across group of companies.

  • To coordinate end-to-end hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection. 

  • To manage onboarding, induction, transfers, promotions, and employee confirmations. 

  • To coordinate employee offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance processes. 

  • To administer employee performance appraisal and development programmes.

  • To coordinate internal and external training, learning, and professional development initiatives. 

  • To monitor employee engagement, culture-building, staff welfare and ACTS programmes.

  • To ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and HR best practices. 

  • To support government grants, workforce initiatives, and monitor developments in HR-related regulations. 

  • To maintain employee asset assignment, issuance, recovery, and inventory records. 

  • To drive continuous improvement of human capital processes through digitalisation, automation, and organisational development initiatives.
