You will play a vital role in ensuring the daily HR & Admin duties and ensure the operations run smoothly.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Handle and support day-to-day HR and Admin related matters.
Ø Maintain accuracy of HR database and updating employee records in HRMS.
Ø Ensure proper filing of all documents.
Ø Check and verify staff attendance for payroll processing.
Ø Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and company HR policies.
Ø Liaise with government agencies, external vendors and relevant authorities when required.
Ø Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews and onboarding.
Ø Administer work pass applications, renewals and cancellations in accordance with local regulations.
Ø Any other HR/Admin duties assigned.
Requirements
Ø Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, diploma in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Ø At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
Ø Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and ability to handle confidential information.
Ø Knowledge of HR processes, including attendance, leave applications and medical claims.
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Familiarity with preparing HR-related documents.
Ø Ability to multitasking a fast-paced environment.
