Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Employee Administration
• Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparation of Letters of Appointment (LOA) and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee
• Prepare HR related letters and documentation.
2. Work Pass Administration
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Liaise with MOM, agents, and internal stakeholders on work pass matters.
3. Training & Compliance
• Coordinate training administration, including:
o Sourcing training courses and providers
o Tracking attendance and completion
• Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
• Support training cost and training hours tracking.
4. Employee Life Cycle Management
• Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including:
o Onboarding
o Confirmation
o Internal transfers
o Salary adjustments
o Cessation
• Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.
5. HR Reporting & Support
• Assist in maintaining HR reports
• Provide general HR administrative support and respond to basic employee HR queries.
