Human Resource officer

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee database to ensure accurate personnel records.
• Process payroll accurately and timely.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, extending employment offers, and facilitating onboarding to attract and retain talent.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce eligibility
• Managing medical insurance, mandatory health screenings, and workman injury compensation claims.
• Prepare Tax Clearance documentation to comply with statutory requirements and submit on time.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and support career growth.
• Maintain leave records and follow up on submission of leave forms.
• Organize and or assist in company events arrangement.
• Coordinating foreign worker housing arrangements, room allocations, lease renewals, and repatriation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalents
• Minimum 2 years experience in Construction Film
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good organization skills, time management, resourceful and able to multi-task
• Able to work independently
