Job Summary

Coordinate recruitment and staffing processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. Maintain accurate employee databases and support interdepartmental communication. Manage staff entitlements, assist budget planning, and supervise temporary staff to optimize workforce efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviewing, screening, recruitment, and appointment of new staff to meet organizational needs promptly
  • Maintain and update the company database to ensure accurate and current employee information
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments by managing information flow
  • Calculate and manage basic staff entitlements such as annual leave to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Contribute data and insights to support the organization’s budgetary planning processes
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive job descriptions for internal and external recruitment advertisements
  • Coordinate duties and supervise temporary staff to ensure accurate information and effective task completion
  • Take detailed minutes during staff meetings to document discussions and action items
  • Review and sort applicants’ resumes to identify and select the most qualified candidates for job openings
