The Job:

• Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long‑service awards
• Managing corporate cardand air travel bills, and driving digitisation initiatives to improveefficiency
• Support for expatriates on international assignments inhandling housing and tenancy agreements
• Oversees door access security administration, staff issuance processes, maintains and updates the employee directory to ensure effective workplace operations and data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in administration roles or related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
