Import / Export Operations Asst x 2

1 x Export's Responsibilities (Pharma):

• Handle export shipments for pharmaceutical products

• Liaise with customers and arrange airfreight bookings

• Assist in AWB preparation (training provided)

• Maintain inventory and shipment records

• Support packing of pharma goods

1 x Import's Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate import shipments with forwarders and customers

• Prepare import documentation and permits

• Follow up on shipment clearance with airlines/terminals

• Maintain records and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Min 1 year import/export/logistics experience 
• O-Level or equivalent
• Good communication, independent and detail-oriented
• Basic MS Excel
