Import Operations Assistant (Airfreight/ East/ Up to $3100) Ref: GAS

A global logistics and freight forwarding company providing integrated air, sea, and supply chain solutions through an extensive international network, delivering reliable and customer-focused logistics services worldwide is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Liaise with overseas offices, business partners and supervisors regularly on operational matters.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, shipment reports, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and filing systems
• Handle customs declarations and permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with terminals and airlines on cargo clearance and survey arrangements when required.
• Prepare monthly operational reports according to customer requirements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support, and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in airfreight import operations.
• Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset.
