Indoor Sales Coordinator (Clementi - 5 day)

Working hours:

5 day work week. Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5.30pm

Transport: We have company bus departing near Clementi MRT station at 8.10am to bring staff to our office and a return company bus trip back to Clementi in the evening.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Include:-

-Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management: Receive, review, and qualifyincoming customer enquiries/technical queries for offshore products(e.g., rigging and consumables). Prepare accurate and timelytechnical/commercial quotations.

- Order Processing: Manage end-to-end sales orders from PurchaseOrder (PO) receipt to invoice generation and final delivery.

- Technical Support & Coordination: Whenever required, collaboratewith internal teams (engineering, production, warehouse, serviceteam and procurement) to ensure technical specifications, drawings,and certificates are met.

- Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with forwarders forimport/export shipping documentation.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships withexisting customers and support the sales team.

- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records ofcustomer information and sales activity (e.g., In-House ERP systems& E-Filing).

- Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment (if any)

- Any other ad hoc assignments

Qualification & Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with offshore equipment (e.g.,Rigging & Consumables) is a significant advantage.

- Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRMtools.

Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, and INCO terms.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

- Attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, with the ability to work underpressure and meet tight deadlines

- A team player with committed attitude, excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
