• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: up to $3,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Attend to technical and incoming sales inquiries for walk-in customers, calls, and emails.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Follow up and update customers on their order status.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new customers.
• Work closely with the Sales Team and provide support to prepare quotations and coordinate with customers.
• Update new and potential customers’ database weekly.
• Handle any additional miscellaneous tasks as needed

Job Requirement

• Min. Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business or Engineering related
• Min. 2 years of working experience in sales support, customer service preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Working experience in the same industry is advantageous
