Indoor Sales Co-Ordinator (Temporary)

Job Position:  Indoor Sales Co-ordinator  (Preferably to start work in September)              

We're on the lookout for a temporary proactive and detail-oriented Indoor Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in providing internal support to our Sales Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This role is open to fresh graduates and individuals without relevant experience who exhibit a keen eagerness to learn and develop within our organization.

Responsibilities:

·       Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations and processing sales orders.

·       Provide basic customer support.

·       Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.

·       Help coordinate schedules, documents, and other sales activities.

·       Work closely with the Sales Team and supervisor on daily operations.

·       Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• 'O' Level /'A' Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Preferably to start work in September
