Inside Sales Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of inside sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Handles renewals of customers licenses, subscriptions and support contracts.
• Upsell and cross sell other services and solutions to existing customers.
• Provide quotations and proposals to new and existing customers enquiries.
• Tracking of renewal schedules, planning, forecast and reporting.
• Create strategies and actions to achieve high renewal rates and upsell motions.
• Building rapport and relationship with customers.
• Get quotations from suppliers when needed.
• Work together with marketing team for lead generation activities and follow up actions.
• General Administrative duties.

Requirement :

• Fresh graduates from Polytechnic/university are welcome.
• Experience on renewal activities for IT companies will be advantages.
• Familiarity or experience with Microsoft 365 licensing will be advantages.
• Knowledge of business admin, marketing or IT will be advantages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant disposition.
• Ability to communicate well with customers via emails and telephone conversation.
• Positive thinking, and eager to learn attitude will be required.
• Aggresive sales and winning mindset. Be hungry and result oriented.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
