Insurance Back End Administrators (Location: Tannery Lane)

Responsibilities
Call to fix appointments with external stakeholders
Manage schedule of various stakeholders
Follow up on cancellation and rescheduling of appointments
Follow up with the appointment outcome and indicate in system
Conduct short briefings to each client upon arrival

Requirements
Good working etiquette
Good organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Proficient in Excel
Chinese language fluency required in order to attend to Chinese external stakeholders
Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
