Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Mandarin and English during meetings, site discussions, training sessions, and daily operations.
Translate written documents, correspondence, reports, technical specifications, and other project-related materials from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
Assist communication between project managers, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and Mandarin-speaking workers.
Support coordination with suppliers, consultants, and other stakeholders when language interpretation is required.
Prepare meeting minutes and assist in documentation and administrative duties.
Accompany management to site inspections, meetings, and project-related activities as required.
Maintain confidentiality of all company information and project documents.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Translation, Languages, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
