Inventory Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and plan for replenishment
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Maximo
• Follow up on stockout issues
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and engineering teams
• Maintain inventory records in Maximo
• Support inventory data preparation using Excel and Power BI
• Support in disposal of obsolete inventory

Key Requirements:

• Nitec or equivalent, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or engineering
• Relevant experience in inventory control, supply / demand planning, or logistics operations, preferably for engineering spare parts
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Familiar with ERP systems such as Maximo or Oracle
• Good communication and email writing skills
