Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute IT related Purchase, raise PR, PO, GR and follow up the payment related matters.
• Manage office IT device life cycle activities such as refresh, replacement, and maintenance of telecommunication and mobile related devices.
• Manage departmental IT‑related accounting in SAP and assist with budget and spending tracking.
• Support internal and external VIP of any IT related tasks.
  Create and update IT mobile and telecommunication administration and managing related SOP.
• Any other IT admin related tasks that assign by supervisors.
• Vendor Management – Negotiation with vendor and follow up on delivery status.
• Coordinate IT new hire orientation.
• Support IT team building/Offsite meeting.
• Responsible for IT stationery procurement and allocation.
• Any other IT related duties assigned by Supervisor.
