Description

This position will be responsible to support the office in general administration & IT support.

The Job:

• Office administration such as; business trip coordination, assist in visitor management and handle calls on the office general line.
• Handle IT inventory management and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Document all IT procedures and update SOPs when necessary.
• Issue laptop to new employee.

Experience Requirements :
The Talent:

• Min. Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Business Info-comm Technology or related.
• Basic knowledge of IT and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Team-player.
• Only Singaporeans.
