IT Infrastructure & Operational Technology Support Specialist

Join a dynamic team supporting critical IT infrastructure and operational technology initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work on system implementation, workstation deployment, network connectivity, and data integrity projects within a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform change control impact assessments to support IT infrastructure changes.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) networks.
• Assist with server deployment and implementation where required.
• Prepare and deploy validated workstation images, including configuring user access permissions where applicable.
• Carry out system cloning, restoration, and recovery activities.
• Configure system security settings, including drive and network restrictions where applicable.
• Create and manage local administrator and user accounts.
• Set up and configure cloud storage solutions, including OneDrive migration and mapping.
• Connect and configure devices to the corporate network.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions using Acronis.
• Provide support for IT systems and data integrity-related enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adherence to operational standards

Requirements

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, desktop deployment, or system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with workstation imaging, Windows administration, user account management, and network connectivity.
• Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) environments, server implementation, or backup solutions will be advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
