Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the setup, relocation, and technical support of IT equipment and related fixtures within the department.
• Monitor, maintain, and manage inventory records for computer hardware, laptops, printers, and other IT assets to support daily operations and contingency readiness.
• Oversee the functionality of CCTV systems, including routine checks, documentation, maintenance coordination, and synchronization of system timings.
• Ensure accurate documentation of IT assets and equipment movements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational support and timely resolution of equipment-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience in IT support, IT asset management, logistics coordination, storekeeping, or a related operational role is advantageous.
• Comfortable managing IT equipment and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to commence work within a short notice is an advantage.
