Job Description - IT Operations & Admin (Non-Tech/Entry Role)
An expansion IT company that requires the incumbent to support and manage the implementation of various HR initiatives and programs to support the business which include recruitment and retention, staff engagement, learning and development, employee relations/welfare and office administration.

Working days: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities: -
Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Perform routine monitoring to detect any issues
Act as point of contact for enquiries, service requests and incidents
Resolve basic issues according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow through theescalation process as necessary
Track all incidents to closure within service standards
Perform data management and documentation duties to ensure accuracy of records
Generate and prepare reports
Source for viable vendors and request for quotation
Monitor invoice and payment statuses, follow up on outstanding items and maintain accurate payment records
Identify opportunities for the automation of day-to-day operational processes such as datacollection and tracking
Design and implement automation solutions
Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements: -
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
Some background in IT will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous, with excellent record keeping and documentation skills
Positive working attitude
Willingness and capacity to learn new skills and technology
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
