(JC) Warehouse Coordinator (Pioneer) - $2500

• Basic Up $2500 + Allowance + AWS + VB
• Pioneer
• 5.5 Days ;
• Shift 1: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Shift 2: 11:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• *24 x 7 on call standby service will be required.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Input warehouse operational data accurately and in a timely manner into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory system.
• Ensure the WMS system is kept up to date on a daily basis, including data entry and system maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, addressing their concerns and providing necessary information.
• Coordinate closely with all customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that all schedules and deadlines are met efficiently.

You will need: -

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and experience in WMS (Preferred)
• 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Only Singaporean may apply
