Junior Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electrical installation and site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily site reports and attend site coordination meetings.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical construction projects.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, drawings and construction practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work at different project sites in Singapore.
