Junior Executive, Factory Operations

Responsibilities

· Assist in coordinating daily production activities to ensure production targets are met
· Monitor work flow and production schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
· Support in managing manpower allocation and work assignments
· Monitor production output and report operational issues promptly
· Assist in conducting routine inspections and audits of production areas
· Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records
· Conduct regular housekeeping checks to ensure a clean and organized work environment
· Order and monitor factory supplies, drinking water, pantry items, and stationery

Skills/Requirements

· Diploma in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
· 1–2years of experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations preferred
· Basic knowledge of production processes, inventory control
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure

· Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30
· Location: Tuas South
· AWS
· Annual Leave – 15 days with additional 1 day per year up to 20 days
