Junior Facilities Admin / Admin Executive

☑ Basic Salary: $2500 - $2800

☑ 5Days (Monday to Friday / 9.00AM – 6.00PM) - Work Life Balance

Job Scope

• Coordinate and set up internal events, including planning, logistics, vendor liaison, catering arrangements.
• Support workspace reconfiguration by coordinating with internal stakeholders & contractors to ensure smooth transitions
• Provide administrative support for facilities operations, including maintaining records, preparing reports, processing purchase orders, verifying invoices against contract terms
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors for office maintenance ensuring service delivery meets company standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain office supplies, shared facilities, meeting rooms, and workplace resources while responding promptly to employee requests to ensure a safe, functional, and well-organized office environment.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements, and recommend improvements.

Requirement

• ITE Qualification & Above
• 1 – 2 Years of experience in Administrative Support function
• Candidate with experience handling internal company event will be added to advantage but not a must
• Pleasant and bubble characteristic
