We are looking for a driven and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Recruitment consultant In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and play a key part in matching candidates to suitable career opportunities while supporting clients’ hiring needs.

Key Duties:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

• Conduct candidate profiling and matching based on clients’ requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

• Achieve placement targets and contribute to team performance
  

*CEI Certification will be highly advantageous.*
