Key Responsibilities

• Support daily laboratory operations under the guidance of laboratory professionals and supervisors
• Assist with specimen collection, processing, and preparation for laboratory testing
• Perform patient registration, documentation, and other administrative duties as required
• Conduct phlebotomy procedures when assigned, ensuring a professional and positive patient experience
• Verify patient information and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with healthcare standards
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to clarify laboratory requests and ensure accurate specimen processing
• Communicate laboratory information accurately while adhering to established reporting and verification protocols
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (CPT), Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organized, and comfortable working with data and numerical information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
