Responsibilities
• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs • Design e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities • Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing • Track budgets and negotiate contracts • Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
Requirements
• Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent • Min 3 years experience in L&D • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices • Experience in project management and budgeting • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
