Job Description - Learning & Development (L&D) Executive / Training & Development Assistant #HDC

Are you passionate about learning, people development, and creating meaningful employee experiences? Join a dynamic HR team where you'll play a key role in supporting Learning & Development initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day training operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end training administration, including course enrolments, scheduling, learning materials, attendance records, and post-training follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR and Learning & Development enquiries, delivering timely and professional support to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate training records and employee learning data within HR systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promote learning initiatives and maximise participation in training programmes.
  • Support the implementation of HR and Learning & Development projects, programmes, and initiatives.
  • Assist in sourcing suitable training providers and learning solutions to meet organisational development needs.
  • Provide administrative support for HR documentation, policies, procedures, and internal resources.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and monitor training-related expenditures.
  • Prepare reports and extract HR data to support operational and business needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and workplace safety practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Training Administration within the pharmaceutical or nutrition industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in facilitation, coaching, or stakeholder engagement will be an advantage.
