Leasing Secretary

Tan Peng Chin LLC invites applicants for the position of Leasing Secretary in the Real Estate Department. Work will entail handling landlord and tenant leasing matters, primarily lease administration, which in general, the role provides admin support to the team to ensure smooth process of lease documentation.

Requirements:

• GCE "O" Levels (or equivalent)
• Proficient in MSWord and MSExcel
• Good command of written and spoken English to deal with clients
• Good attitude, interpersonal skills and must be open minded, committed and able to work in our team of dedicated and valued colleagues
• Good working speed and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, if necessary
• Experience in handling leasing matters would be an advantage
• No experience in law firms is necessary
• Intensive on-job training will be provided
