1. To prepare and vet joint venture agreements

2. To prepare franchise agreements

3. To give legal advice

4. Company Secretary for CEG wide companies

5. To oversee General Admin Office

6. To mentor BOD’s secretaries

7. To register, track and monitor trademarks

8. To maintain copy of curriculums, IP assets

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma with 2 years’ relevant experience
• Pleasant personality & disposition
• Pro-active, meticulous and well-organized individual
• PC literate with proficiency in MS Office
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (written and spoken) (Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin language to communicate with Chinese speaking clients on their queries/concerns)
